Add SNC parameters to SAP Adapter Wizard

All our SAP Systems use only SNC enabled connections. NON-SNC connections are disabled and blocked in the SAP systems.

The SAP adapter itself offers possibility to set the SNC parameters, but just after creation of the adapter in the toolkit. In the adapter wizard the SNC parameters could not be set.

Therefore it would be great if the SAP adapter wizard could be enhanced by the same SNC coinfiguration parameters as the generated adapter itself
