Increasing the number of App Connect on IBM Cloud logs that are visibile in UI
This is a usability enhancement request. The App Connect on IBM Cloud built-in log viewer has a limitation of 500 logs. If there is an issue with an application/flow that has high traffic transactions (e.g. 1000 transactions/hour), you are not able to see the log for troubleshooting. IBM Support suggested using LogDNA in order to get more logs.
An IBM Log Analysis instance on IBM Cloud that is configured using the LITE plan has the following limitations:
* The Log Analysis instance has a 30 day expiry
* You can only see live logs. It does not retain old logs and does not allow the ability to search old logs
* Only one user can access logs at a time
Other plans incur an additional cost.
