Enable features for ibmint command (ACE v12) to auto compile java and message set projects referenced through an application while building/packaging a bar for the application

We have tried building bar file using ACE v12.0.3.0 docker image in our CICD pipelines and used ibmint command but it does not compile java/message set projects referenced through the application for which we want to build a bar (When we specify only application name with the option --project).

But if we specify all the referenced projects along with the application name with option --project for each, then it compiles and package the bar properly.

So it is being resource overhead to have all the referenced project provided in the command in such cases where we have many java/message set projects for an application.

RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to submit this idea for enhancement, which we agree would improve the usability of the command referenced. Pleased to hear that you have already had a direct discussion about the potential future implementation as well. Status of the idea is updated to Future Consideration.
