RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to submit this idea for enhancement, which sounds like a great idea! In fact, this topic is something we have previously discussed between Engineering and Design which highlighted the need to properly represent the situation where x out of y flows are in stopped status ... For example ... do we display x and y as numbers on the tile, and what "colour" should we use to be truely accessible for all our users (ie not wishing to constrain any aspect of visualisation to just colour due to some users being colour blind etc.)? Perhaps a warning symbol would be best in order to reflect the situation where one or more are stopped? Regardless of the micro-design aspects, we approve of the idea in principal. Status is updated to Future Consideration.
