Deploy time(UTC) column change to Local Time

Please change the deploy time to local time zone in the App connect version 12 web console. it would-be useful to admins to get the exact time without using manual time conversions.

    Idea / RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this suggestion. We agree that adding flexibility to the way in which timezone information is displayed would enhance the user's experience in the Web UI. We have a similar capability which is applied at "table-scope" for Business Transaction Monitoring events, whereby a user can toggle the display of time information to be represented in the local time zone for an entire table of results. In accepting this suggestion for future enhancement we note that the time options we would implement here would be to switch to the local timezone of the browser machine (ie we would not try to reconcile timezones of the servers/nodes from where the data came from, which should correctly remain UTC). Status is updated to Future Consideration.
