AccessLog for the biphttplistener

This functionality was removed with V12.

Here are the commands I used to configure for V10:

mqsichangeproperties $BROKER -b httplistener -o HTTPSConnector -n accessLog -v true

mqsichangeproperties $BROKER -b httplistener -o HTTPSConnector -n accessLogPattern -v "%h %l %u %t '%r' %s %b '%{Referer}i' '%{User-Agent}i' IIB:'%{X-IIB-Timing}o'"

Idea review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this suggestion, which we agree would bring value in being able to track latency within the HTTP listener component before activity on the actual message flow thread begins. As you're aware from our direct conversations on this topic, but for the benefit of other readers ... It should be noted that ACEv11 and ACEv12 have moved away from the Tomcat technology and now have a native implementation for both the embedded integration server listener and the node-wide listener. For this reason, it is likely that at the point of implementation, this will not be a "carbon copy" of the Access Log implementation in IIBv10 but more likely an equivalent syntax. Other similar requests are registered in the Idea system for the server embedded listener under APPC-I-409 (https://integration-development.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/APPC-I-409) and APPC-I-684 (https://integration-development.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/APPC-I-684) but given this requirement specifically calls out the node-wide listener we will keep this requirement open too. Status of the enhancement request is updated to Future Consideration status.
