CDK: Allow configuration of security /authentication options specific to API paths.

Currently, the CDK toolkit will support security / connections options which are globally application for all the APIs. We have a separate set of Login APIs and would like to have specific security options for these APIs and utislie the token generated from the auth APIs to invoke the resource APIs.

This will help is segregation of concerns for the auth and resource providers; prevent un-neccessary login triggers on the backend app and will improve the overall security and performance.

    Thank you for for submitting this idea! I need to assess the technical requirements here to determine when this enhancement would be feasible as well as the priority... I'm moving this to 'Future Consideration' until I have clairty on a more specific date. Thank you!!
