Bring back "mqsichangebroker -q <qmgr> -d defined" funcionality to ACE12

In ACE 11 and below, one could use the command "mqsichangebroker -q <qmgr> -d defined" to automatically configure an IBM MQ service to control the integration node from MQ, on an already existing integration node.

In ACE 12, the command mqsichangebroker disappeared, with some of its functionality included in the mqsichangeproperties, and there is no way to integrate ACE with MQ without recreating the integration node, or alternatively, manually configure the service in MQ.

It would be useful to bring back the mqsichangebroker functionality from previous versions.

Idea review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this idea but unfortunately on this occasion we will not be taking the suggestion forward. It is possible to define an integration node to run under MQ as an MQ service using the mqsicreatebroker command, but as noted it is not possible to use the mqsichangebroker command after node creation time to retrospectively change the relationship with MQ. This is a fringe use case and has not been frequently requested since the option was removed at time of v11 GA 5 years ago. The small inconvenience to the user of configuring this within MQ in circumstances where the user has forgotten to define the relationship at creation time is a one-off activity which could also be simply avoided by deleting the node and then creating it again with the right setting.
