Also show the URL for SOAP Async Response node in the list of endpoints.

In ACE 12.0.8.0 listing endpoints was added to the Admin API and Web GUI.
The endpoint for the SOAP Async Response node was also in the Admin API but it failed the Web GUI.
In ACE 12.0.9.0 the failure of the Web GUI was solved by not adding the SOPA Async Response url to the list of endpoint.

Although the url for SOAP Async Response is generated by ACE, it still is an endpoint where the Int.Server is listening on. As the info is targeted at admins and developers having that endpoint might help in bug finding.
For instance, we noticed that the SOAP Async Response was an http url and not https which is a security risk.

Of course the endpoint should only be shown when there is one when WS-A is used and not when the HTTP async is used.

Idea review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this idea. We agree with the principle that displaying SOAPAsync endpoints on which the server is listening would improve the product and assist with some circumstances when troubleshooting. Status is updated to Future Consideration.
