Increase BAR file size limit in AWS App Connect

By being able to go over the 50MB bar file size limit we can use dependencies that sometimes either are close to 50MB or over 50MB individually.

Idea review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this suggestion, which overall we feel would positively improve the product offering. The 50MB limit which we currently impose on BAR file size was deliberately selected based on most typically encountered behavioural norms (which we did not want to get in the way of!) balanced against the potential for denial-of-service style attacks / potential unsatisfactory performance characteristics of the service relating to integration server startup time when download of very large BAR files is required. Given this, we would be open to enhancing the service to impose a higher limit, potentially as a "soft-limit" which individual tenants could choose to override, alongside a higher "hard-limit" (perhaps 100MB?) which would still be enforced regardless of an individual tenant's preference. In the longer term, we can envisage other technical solutions which would permit even greater file sizes, but these approaches would be more costly from an engineering perspective and to the best of our current knowledge are not yet in demand by our customer base ... these solutions could entail something like permitting large BAR file upload but then extracting the content of these BAR files in advance into some kind of pre-prepared container image which is customized for a specific tenant. As usual, we invite comments from our community regarding both the short and longer term suggestions for potential ways to resolve this enhancement request. For now, status is also updated to Future Consideration.
