Support for PostgreSQL backed Record & Replay

As customers are moving to PostgreSQL, it would be convenient to have ACE Record and Replay store its data there, too. The current options (DB2, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) do not look and feel like a viable option when going to cloud.

For now, it is possible to set up both the database structure and ODBC connection to PostgreSQL, but it is not officially supported by IBM.
