Allow configuration of the Scheduler node using a Policy

At the moment the Scheduler node has to be configured on the node or using overrides, both needing redeploy of the application when the schedule changes.

Using a Policy for the Scheduler node makes configurtion changes easier as only the Policy project has to be redeployed for changes.

Idea Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this enhancement idea. We agree there could potentially be more flexibility for a user by providing a new policy type for the Scheduler node as a means of overriding properties set directly on the node in the flow. The policy would need to be redeployable and I suspect we would want to engineer for it to be able to influence multiple instances of the Scheduler Input node across one or more flows. Status of the suggestion is updated to Future Consideration.
