We want to query resources on the cluster which are not associated to a deployment. This is not currently possible today without searching each integration server / runtime, running an oc describe, and analysing the configuration array.
Currently deleting an integration server / runtime doesn't remove its dependencies (probably correctly so in case they are shared). This leaves orphaned objects on the cluster which need to be manually removed.
Additional thought would be to be able to track which previous deployments depended on the Configuration, as it may be temporarily deleted / removed.

Idea Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this enhancement request which we agree would be helpful, although we wish to make it clear is not currently a high business priority for us. It is correct that currently deleting an Integration Server doesn't delete any configurations, because anything created by the user shouldn't be deleted as it is its own resource and may be shared. We think it would be possible to add an administrative API operation to return to the user a check whether associated configuration is being used or not. This would need to be a point in time statement (as opposed to holding historical information) regarding whether the configuration is being used right now. Status updated to Future Consideration.
