SAML Validation in SOAP Node

In our security architecture we use SAML-tickets. We want to use an ESB- application built on WMB as a PEP in this arcitecture. We would like to validate the SAML-ticket directly in a SOAP-node in the same way as Kerberos tickets are validated - not having to use an STS. For now we have implemented the validation in Java code flollowing the SOAP Node - but that is not the way we want it to be.

RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. Frequently users have traditionally been keen to centralise their PEP to be outside of the integration layer, but increasingly we are seeing this demand, which for example led us to implement basic auth enforcement in ACEv11 in a recent fix pack. Although this RFE has not received many votes, we will keep it open and continue to monitor. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
