Proxy servers configuration for Amazon SQS, Amazon SNS and Amazon Event Bridge and other Amazon nodes in ACE 12.13

As per our organization policy all network call accessible via internet should go via proxy servers and newly added Amazon SQS,SNS etc. nodes doesn't have proxy properties. We have raise a similar RFE for Amazon S3 which was added in later version. So requesting IBM to implement proxy setup for requested nodes.

The discovery connector nodes are enabled to use an HTTP proxy for Amazon S3, however not for other Amazon related connectors namely SNS, SQS and EventBridge.
