Externalise SAP Adapter Properties To Increase Configurability

Some IBM SAP Adapter properties are externalised through Policy (prior to this through Configurable Services) e.g. Host name, System number, Client, Code page, username

Other IBM SAP Adapter properties are not externalised at all e.g. SAP Secure Network Communications (SNC) properties - reducing our ability to configure them. These include vital properties such as certificate subject names - meaning that such properties need to be hardcoded and therefore fixed across environments.

...the end result being, less secure setups (certificate name cannot be ACE component-specific e.g. Integration Server or Pod specific).
