Automatic reconnection between Salesforce and IBM.

1. **Issue Description**:
  - We utilize the HELMS application to route platform events to third parties and update responses in Salesforce. The flow, designed in Designer, has been tested and deployed to the dashboard as a bar file. Recently, this flow connection has abruptly stopped due to an "Invalid Grant Reason." The application team must manually restart the Designer flow for it to function again. This issue significantly impacts production, especially during quarterly Salesforce releases & also when ever there is platform event limit exceeeding scenarios which is happening every alternate month, affecting thousands of leads to dealers. It would be helpfull greatly to connection reset without manually intervention for our American honda consumer application. To implement as per our analysis there is an error catch flow already exists in Designer, where we can do this enhancement to resolve the connection loss issue.

2. **Enhancement Request**:
  - This enhancement has been requested by the American Honda Team, who have expressed major concerns regarding this issue.

    Good day!

    Yes, I have implemented BasicOAuth in QA Environment as per IBM Engineering team and monitoring as of now. Once, everything goes well, we will implement in Production.

    I will update you After implementing in Production. If there are any issues.

    Hi Kalyana,

    IBM Engineering team has recommended to use OAUTH for connecting to Salesforce which can resolve this issue.

    Please let us know if this fixes the issue at your end or no.
