Faspex: Delete files stored on remote sources from expired/deleted packages

Currently, deleting faspex packages older than x days does not delete files on packages created with a remote source. So, they are held indefinitely on storage, needlessly taking up capacity.

This would be very useful from a storage management perspective, so that files can be appropriately deleted where a faspex package is expired. Thus, the files are no longer needed.

Has there been any progress on this request making it to a release?

I am referring to the source storage (the remote source)

When referring to "a storage management perspective, so that files can be appropriately deleted where a faspex package is expired." Are you referring to source storage (the remote source) or destination storage?
