Orchestrator - API for External Params that Launched The Workflow

I cannot find any API that will tell me what parameters launched the workflow unless I make a step that ingests all of the paramters. However, Orch knows what they were when I hit Relaunch on the work order. So where is this magical place these values are pulled from?

    I found the code to be able to do this in the bowels of the work_order.rb model. Is there a Class documentation, Doxygen, or other doc on the "common classes" of Orch? BTW, I love the queues. The built-in priority and now the tags are working for me.
