Include Faspex metadata.xml on the package

Currently Faspex stores the metadata.xml file outside the actual Faspex package received by the recipient.

It would we convenient to store the metadata.xml inside the package together with the actual files uploaded.

Our use case would be that we have external Faspex senders who send Faspex packages to content editors. Editors then upload material to Media Asset Management system (MAM) and fill manually the necessary metadata (which is the same metadata provided by the uploader already). So it would be convient just to move whole package as-is to watchfolder and have a script that parses the metadata and creates asset to MAM.

Same kind of use cases are basically unlimited.
