AoC Packages - Use Drafts before sending, not after

Concept: Emails have a drafts folder. Users are requesting a way to do that with Packages in AoC. Why? They want the data copied into the package before they know where to send it. So why is this different than sending a package to yourself and adding recipients? Sender does not want to factor into the package expiration rule "Any recipients download", and get data from more latent locations ahead of the need to send. Also, they are prepping the file pulls for others who actually send them.

Commentary. Users are looking for files to add to a package that may be in different subfolders. Drafts could be a way to account for that, but the UI for "Upload from Files" means it opens, you find a file or few files in 1 folder, Click Add. Then do it again for a different folder, but it could require many of the navigation steps. What if "Add" did not close the Files naigation page? Or what if Files had a way to select multiple files from different folders to add to a package?
