Fix Aspera FASP Manager SDK 3.7.2 (Python) for Python 3.8 SyntaxWarning

Since Python 3.8, identity check (is and is not) for certain literals (strings, numbers, etc.) will result in a SyntaxWarning.

Aspera FASP Manager SDK 3.7.2 (Python) contains such code:

$ python3.8 --version

$ python3.8 -c 'import faspmanager'
