AoC: Packages - Cancel a Forward as a Workspace Manager

Since our move into the cloud, our packages have grown to 1-3TB in size. Sometimes a user will act like Packages are email and will Forward instead of Add Recipients. Only that user can cancel or recall the forward. A Space Manager or Admin could catch this as well and not bother the user catching and cancelling the forward, thus saving money (Transfer) and time (hours) on the file transfer to reroute to an Add Recipients, the preferred method most of the time. This function would also help for anyone or any automation uploading to the cloud into a Package when it is not needed. It's just not practical that the user will be available and able to log in (I'm getting the mobile app deployed, I know).
