Aspera Shares: Write Activity Stream to Log file

The event feed table stored in mysql db contains useful information for diagnosing security incidents, availability issues, etc which are not replicated in other aspera logs. Because of this, it is useful to keep these events for a long duration, but that significantly taxes our database and contributes to a long running background job that runs hourly which has lead to availability issues for our Aspera Shares instance. By persisting these events into a log file, we can keep a shorter event feed history in the database and easily upload this information into a cloud logging provider.
