Tag Resources via API, not UI

When a resource registers itself in Resource Manager, it has the ability to be tagged. Then the Queue can also have a tag for the job. That way, only tags that match will execute on those resources. However, I only see a way to add resource tags via the UI and not the API or a workflow. I can add tags to the queued item programmatically/in-workflow, though, just not to resources.

    Thank you Brian. I look forward to testing that code and "making my own API" for it. Still, do you feel there is a chance of adding that option to the formal API? Also if my use case makes sense with the region-based tagging of EC2 resources that are S3 region-aware?
