Admin option to disable Drag and Drop when using HTTP Gateway

I recently raised a case where 1000s of documents were not being transferred when using HTTP Gateway, we eventually tracked this issue back to the browser, which was taking a file that was 2.66 GB in size and had 3368 files and reducing it in size to 259 MB and only uploading 260 files.


This has caused quite an issue at my firm and calls into question Aspera suitability as a file transfer platform.


After some testing I have found that both Chrome and Edge have now been updated so that if you use the File Picker to browse to the file the correct size now gets uploaded, however if you use Drag and Drop the above issue still occurs.

As Drag and Drop in this situation seems unreliable is it possible to build in an admin level setting that just removes this as an option. As I now have to put education and training material in place telling people not to use it, which is more difficult with external users.
