New statistics to indicate scan time and % source change.

First scan usually takes unknown duration, but once first scan is completed, subsequent scans should indicate:

    - % or time estimate needed to complete based on the first scan.

    - % of changes compared to base scan.

It should be two items reported in /summary API

Once first scan is complete, base duration, number and size of files are locked in the job as reference.  Restarting the job should not reset these counter (as long as first scan is completed).
