Faspex: Increase or remove the HTML notification limit for self-hosted Faspex instances

Received this from Aspera support:


"After consulting with our Faspex development team, I have discovered that there is a character limit of 1000 on the HTML form and 255 in the API. Unfortunately, these limits cannot be modified at this time."


This doesn't allow us to add in sufficient verbiage when customizing notifications.


Please add an option to set the limit or remove entirely.
