Replicate Left pane of Aspera Desktop Client, HSTE,HSTS to do local transfers

We just replaced an application called pixmover with HSTE and Aspera Desktop Clients to the same work. One thing they had in pix was the ability to have folders two different storage devices on each side and drag-drop from one site to the other. Moving files from one remotelly mounted or local storage to another. With Desktop Client we can do this by copy/cut folders or files then browsing to a destination on the same left side panel and then pasting. When using HSTE we can create a local node account tied to a system account and use account@ to have both panes usable. Would be very faster to have the ability to just switch the right pane to be identical to the left one, on local. In Aspera Desktop Mac version, we can start two times the app and drag and drop between both's left pane. On windows, we need to Copy/Cut paste manually when starting two AD. Would be great to be able to drag and drop from two different instances of Desktop Client too., for now.
