Aspera Watchd to Not Remove the hierarchy after Post processing duringof the "archive_dir"

Hi Team,

Currently we have the source location removing the directory after moving to the archive location. We will need to recreate the source directory all the time to place the files for watchd to complete the copy. We would request to create the directory structure during the Archive process and keep that source location intact.
