[Connect/Sync] Use aspera.conf filters for connect sync

We have server clients that use connect sync to mirror data from AOC to a local location.

There is a automated process that creates archives of this data and has a fixed file name structure. We have filters configured in the aspera.conf file to exclude these archives.


This works as intented when interacting with the Files app in AOC. However in the Connect client sync part it does not use the server side filters and still syncs theses Archives.


The connect client can be configure to exclude these files but it is not practical to configure every clients connect app to exculde these files, So we request the connect client read the server side filters and use them with any client filters.
