[AoC] Ability to revoke (collaborators) Private share links as an Organization Admin.

For now, only the user (End user / Admin) who has shared the folders through private or public links are able to revoke the access through Files-> All files

This creates dependency for Admins, If an end user has shared a private link of a folder with an external user. The organisation discontinued business with that external user but expects data to be in that folder only for other users to avoid moving the data and share again.

The user who shared the link to the external clients is on a long holiday and not reachable, in this case, admins should be able to revoke the shared private links directly from All files.

How AoC Admins can revoke permissions from a Folder shared by another user

Above is an article for the same but that seems a long route to revoke a link.

It would be great if this is available for admins to do straight away in Files.

Hi, thank you for reaching out! Private links become unusable when the user no longer has access to AoC. We will continue to investigate the experience for public links
