AoC: As an admin, change default storage path for WS creation

When creating a new WS [/admin/workspaces/new] there is a toggle at the bottom which is ON by default "Use default storage path".
We have found this to be problematic when users create a new workspace.

Reason: The default path is set to the / of the AK. We usually set the root of the AK to /mnt so that we can access any of the remote storage mount points inside it through AoC/noded on a tethered HSTS.

The users forget to untoggle and select a path inside the mount point for example /mnt/data and the workspace creation fails because xfer does not have permissions to /mnt it only has permissions to /mnt/mount_point

Would be great if you could somehwere as an admin specify the default path on the fs for each node. Then users can just leave it toggled/Yes and WS creation will always succeed.
