[Console] Un-link old MySQL and link new MySQL service for Aspera console

We have upgraded Aspera Console to PL10. MySQL 8 has been successfully installed on the Console Windows server. Data has been imported from old MySQL to new MySQL 8 database.

We have 1 remaining issue currently:

  1. When we stop/start all Aspera services with asctl all:stop and asctl all:start, the old MySQL service installed by IBM gets stopped and started as it is still linked with asctl.

And the new MySQL80 service needs a manual stop/start.

Is there a solution to this issue?
