[Faspex] Support more than 50 recipients for a Distribution List in Faspex 5

Currently Faspex 50 only supports a maximum of 50 recipients for a [global] distribution list. This request is to increase that number to a far greater number of recipients.

Technically, the data is stored in a single field contacts of type TEXT limited to 65535 characters.

So therefore, it should be possible to increase to many hundreds? Even if an average email address is 30 characters long that field would be able to hold over 4k addresses.
