This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Yes the info came from Cargo's docs originally. Laurent's note seemed to come from "somewhere else" according to the dev looking into it.
We are looking into the PEM format keys idea for the UI. We definitely want to help your editorial and mastering people be more efficient.
FYI. Laurent was able to help us get the config file and the first test user was successful. Still, the idea stands. Using a PEM key for syncing via the UI is better than having to teach the user the CLI method. This will help many of our editorial and mastering users.
I was asked "Why not just use a CAK, or an IBMid for this." The CAK does not work with Packages. IBMid's are not supported by our security policy for Standard users (only limited) for lack of passsword requirements of 12+chars and its MFA still requires daily login. A PEM key is allowed since the user's system must be the one to use it thanks to the Priv key located on their local unit.
