Option to pick the Node Endpoint Credential while creating WatchFolder from Console

Watchfolder supports the option to run under different users (i.e. not under admin or root user). This is useful in cases where a single users does NOT have access to all storage. This options works fine if the watchfoder is created using the aswatchfolderadmin CLI.

However, when adding the WatchFolder from the Console, there is no option to pick the user under whom the watchfolder should be created.

The request is to have the option to pick a different Node Endpoint credentials while creating Watchfolder from console.
