Ability to pop-up a message box with T&C or concerns that users must accept before being able to login in.

Today there is an option in AoC that allows Admin to create a T&C text that is visible in the AoC login page. However, there is no option to make sure the users accepts the T&C before being allowed to login. 

The request is to have a message box pop-up that has to be accepted by users before they are allowed to login.
