Let sender of a package allow/deny future forward capabilities

Today, we can allow/deny a user to forward a package

But we can imagine this feature more contextual to the content of the package. I can send a package without any sensitive data and it's not a problem for me if the recipient forward this package to someone else, but in some cases, I can send a sensitive package I don't want my recipient to forward it to someone else
