Faspex UI description of automatic user deactivation and removal settings are incomplete

Settings to automatically deactivate and remove users based on inactivity are not clear or complete in the Faspex 5 documentation.  The wording is ambiguous and incomplete:

"...based on inactivity" leaves the word "inactivity" unclear.  It could mean not logging in, OR it could mean having a User status of "INACTIVE".

in practice, ADMIN role users do not appear to be subject to automatic deactivation or removal by these settings.
