Desktop for Aspera Automation transfers are not showing under Transfer Activity

I set up an automation in the File App for our customer. However, when the automation runs and syncs files, the transfer progress is only visible within the Automation details.

The client would like this information to also be available under the Transfers Activity section. Specifically, they are looking for more detailed visibility into the transfers, including:

  • The number of completed vs. pending transfers

  • The transfer rate

  • Overall progress of the file sync
