[Aspera Shares] Add UI option to customize header banner background color

Currently, in Aspera Shares, administrators can change the logo from the Admin UI (/admin/logos), but there is no option to customize the background color of the header banner.

To change the header color to match our corporate branding, we currently have to manually modify the \_header.css.scss file and run the assets:precompile command. As confirmed by IBM Support, this manual workaround is not officially supported and will be overwritten during future upgrades of Aspera Shares.

We kindly request an enhancement to add a background color configuration setting (e.g., a color picker) directly in the Aspera Shares Admin UI. This feature would allow customers to safely and easily customize the look and feel of the product to match their company's branding without modifying and recompiling backend system files.
