Ascp to copy parent folders permissions and ownership

Issue: When we scan the source filesystem, we only list files to be transferred, not folders in which those files reside. Ascp creates folders on the destination as filesystem layout needs to be preserved and only preserves the permission of the listed files in the segment.

MSCP transfers file‑by‑file using --file-pair-list, and that list contains only files — not directories.

Fix: Kindly update ascp so that the --preserve.. apply not only to the file being transferred, but to all folders created as a consequence of that file being transferred.
