Allow to configure Trusted sites values in the default.json file in Aspera Client

Reference IBM ticket: TS023334459

We are planning to roll out the new IBM Aspera Client to replace Aspera Connect across more than 2,000 machines.

One challenge we have identified is that trusted sites cannot currently be preconfigured through the default.json file. At our deployment scale, requiring each user to manually add the trusted site through the Aspera Client settings creates a significant deployment and support burden.

It would be extremely helpful if trusted sites could be defined in default.json so they can be included as part of an enterprise deployment.

We plan to start the deployment in December or January 2027 and if this feature can be added before that would be extremely helpful.
