Admin REST API for app connect dashboard

We have a requirement to call ACE Admin REST APIs from our support monitoring tool, which is located outside the OCP cluster, to monitor the message flows and application status.

 As we are using the dashboard on OCP, instead of targeting individual ACE pods, it would make more sense to directly call the dashboard API and pull the runtimes and integrations, and the individual components status for monitoring purposes.
