Binary encoding of a decrypted key is not supported

We have implemented a xslt on DataPower for RSA decryption of a key .It can not decrypt the key and return error message "decode resulted in non UTF-8". The decrypt result is a binary data therefore DataPower does not support. The DataPower only supports utf-8 encoding.

Kindly accommodate the changes so that it supports binary data as well.
