Binary encoding of a decrypted key is not supported. Merged

We have implemented a xslt on datapower for RSA decryption of a key. It can not decrypt the key and returns error message," decode resulted in non UTF-8". The decryption result is a binary data therefore Datapower does not support. The Datapower only supports utf-8 encoding.

Kindly accommodate the changes so that it supports binary data also.


Need to implement Encryption/Decryption using key which is nonUTF8 (generated randomly) and encoded with it base64 to pass it.
