Restrict/explicitly configure the TLS cipher suites used by Event Gateway

The customer performed a security scan on the Event Gateway network endpoints and identified the attached cipher suites (please see the attached scan details).

The customer is a banking institution with stringent security requirements and would like to have greater control over the TLS cipher suites that can be used by Event Gateway. Specifically, they would like the ability to restrict Event Gateway to a hardened set of approved cipher suites and disable any cipher suites that do not meet their internal security standards.

Ideally, having an environment variable that allows administrators to explicitly specify the permitted TLS version and TLS cipher suites would help customers meet their security and compliance requirements.
