ILMT session timeout should be handle the same way for both local and SSO authentication.

Currently, the session timeout for local credentials returns the user to the login page (as well as using the log out button), while the SSO session disconnects and any information is left on the screen (no log off button available since sending back to log on page would have SSO re-authenticate making session timeout irrelevant).

Proposal is to create a log off landing page with a link back to the log on page.

This process would allow for SSO to logoff and session timeout to clear the screen of data.

This allows adherence to security standards for more highly regulated environments and allows for a consistent user experience for both local credentials and SSO authentication.
