Enable hardening Windows servers by executing VBScipts securely

Our customers want to make their Servers more secure, so they want to restrict the execution of VBScripts on their systems. They made the ".vbs" files to open with "Notepad" by default instead of starting them. The workaround to start the VBscript, the following format should be used:
"cscript.exe Script_you_want_to_run.vbs //E:VBscript"

Without the modification we are not able to run the ILMT (and CIT) jobs and in the future probably more clients will be affected who wants to secure their systems.
